Local Storage (AsyncStorage)

The Application uses local storage on the device to store the following information.

• Stored Content: ID, theme, date, message count, persona
• Purpose: Improving user experience, providing history viewing functionality
• Storage Location: Device internal storage (not saved to the cloud)
• Retention Period: While using the app, deleted upon uninstallation

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

This Application uses Google Analytics 4 for usage analytics, and user information may be automatically collected.

• Information Collected: Usage data, app usage statistics, crash reports, device information
• Purpose: App improvement, usage analytics, bug fixes

AdMob

This Application uses AdMob for ad serving, and user information may be automatically collected.

• Purpose: Ad serving, monetization, performance measurement

• Stored Data: Device ID
• Purpose: Cloud data storage, multi-device support, device authentication
• Retention Period: While using the app and for a reasonable period thereafter

OpenAI API

• Data Sent: Debate content, user's arguments, persona settings
• Purpose: Providing AI debate battle functionality
• Details: OpenAI Privacy Policy

Device Authentication

• Information Collected: Device ID
• Purpose: Preventing unauthorized access, ensuring security

Important: This Application does not collect location information.

The Service Provider may share information provided by you and automatically collected information with the following third parties.

Third Parties and Sharing Purposes

• Google: For GA4 and AdMob, providing usage data, ad identifiers, etc. for app improvement and ad serving.
• OpenAI: For debate battle functionality, providing debate content and user's arguments for AI response generation.
• Google Cloud (Firebase): For Firestore (cloud data storage), providing device IDs, etc. for data storage and multi-device support.

Disclosures for Legal Requirements

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information in the following cases.

• When required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
• When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
• With their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement

The Service Provider will retain data for the following periods and manage it with appropriate methods.

• Local Data (AsyncStorage): While using the app, deleted upon uninstallation
• Cloud Data (Firestore): While using the app and for a reasonable period thereafter
• Log Data (GA4/AdMob): Follows each service's privacy policy

Users have the following rights.

• Request for Deletion: If you want to delete your information, please do so through in-app settings or contact us via email at eerf0309+ronpaouai@gmail.com. The Service Provider will respond in a reasonable time.
• Opt-Out: You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. Please use standard uninstall procedures as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
• Disable Cookies/Ad Identifiers: You can disable cookies and ad identifiers through each service's settings.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
