If you have already downloaded the Application and do not agree to these Terms of Service, please uninstall the Application.

Your continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service. The Service Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Application. You are not permitted to do any of the following.
You do not own any ownership rights in the Application. All content, features, and intellectual property rights contained in the Application belong to the Service Provider or third parties who have licensed rights to the Service Provider.
Users must not engage in any prohibited actions while using the Application.
If the Service Provider determines that a User has engaged in prohibited actions, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or ban the User's use without prior notice. The Service Provider may also take legal actions as necessary.
All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to the Application and its content, features, and appearance belong to the Service Provider or third parties who have licensed rights to the Service Provider.

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service Provider makes no warranties, including but not limited to the following.
Your use of the Application is at your own risk and responsibility. Problems may arise in the operation of the Application due to operating system changes, Application version updates, or other circumstances. The Service Provider is not responsible for any such problems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any of the following in any circumstances.
Liability Cap: If the Service Provider is found liable, the maximum liability of the Service Provider shall be limited to the total amount of usage fees paid by the User to the Service for the immediately preceding three months (in case the said amount is less than 1,000 JPY, the cap shall be 1,000 JPY).
The above limitation of liability shall not apply in cases of intentional or gross negligence.
You may terminate your use of the Application at any time. To terminate your use of the Application, simply uninstall the Application from your device. Uninstalling the Application will terminate your access to the Application.
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the provision of the Application or its services at any time without prior notice. However, the Service Provider will endeavor to provide users with reasonable advance notice where possible.
The Application is provided in accordance with Japanese law. However, if the Application is downloaded or used from overseas, it may be subject to application of foreign laws including U.S. export control regulations.
Users are responsible for complying with local laws in their country of residence when using the Application.
These Terms of Service shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising between User and Service Provider shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court, that provision shall be severed from these Terms of Service, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from other provisions, and the validity and enforceability of other provisions of these Terms of Service shall not be affected. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as set forth in these Terms of Service.
The failure of Service Provider to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Any assignment of rights under these Terms of Service without the prior written consent of the Service Provider shall be invalid.
